   Submariners of the Club participate in the ISA Conventions since 1998. The regular 37th ISA Congress was held in Saint-Petersburg from May 30 till June 4, 2000.This event was special for it was the time in Russia in past Cold war era when submariners of the opposite sides met together not in an official atmosphere but in  friendly surroundings. One of the participators said: "in spite of the fact that the Cold War has ended 10 years ago, it has been finished in my heart only after I took a drink with these guys."
